Terms of use

1. The service

Logiboard ("we") provides a dashboard that turns booking files uploaded by freight forwarders into indicators and maps. Access is by invitation only and for professional use.

2. Accounts

Each account is personal. Keep your password secret, use the emailed sign-in code only yourself, and tell us or your forwarder at once if you think your account has been misused. Forwarders are responsible for the accounts they create for their staff and clients.

3. Data uploaded

Forwarders keep ownership of the files they upload and must have the right to share them with the clients they give access to. We process this data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

4. Accuracy

Indicators are calculated from the uploaded files. We do not guarantee that the source data is complete or correct, and the dashboard should not be the only basis for operational or financial decisions.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to access data you have not been given access to, disrupt the service, or upload files containing malicious content.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and excludes loss of profit or business.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes. Accounts can be closed at any time by an administrator.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting users in their own country.
